Description
In an editor world only the open editor session's owner is admitted; every other owner still gets ReadOnlyWorld, so rail's editor-world behaviour is unchanged. Replica and Loading are not reported for features (a replica's feature path belongs to the replication; a commit over ground that has not loaded is refused with its own reason and requests the tiles).
