ResumeStrokes

Experimental

Continue the authority's open strokes at the join position (FJoinHead::Strokes, several authors' at once): the world opens a stroke for each, with its author, steps, reach and tiles, and the replayer expects each one's next step.

Declaration

bool ResumeStrokes(const std::vector<FJoinOpenStroke>& Strokes);
Header
#include "Native/Net/NetReplica.h"
Module
PublicDependencyModuleNames.Add("OrbdaleTerrainCore"); in your module’s Build.cs.
Stability
Experimental: supported, may change in a minor version, with a changelog line.
Thread
Game thread only, like every FTerrainWorld write. (the rule of FTerrainReplica)

Description

Pump holds every record until every stroke can round its tiles as the authority will: their codes back from the join stream and their ground resident (Waiting meanwhile).

Parameters

NameTypeDefaultMeaning
Strokesconst std::vector<FJoinOpenStroke>&——

Returns

false, with nothing changed, when a tile is outside the world's edit extent, a stroke's tiles are not ascending, or two strokes share the records' id.

Note.

Call once, before the first Pump. The strokes' volumes count from the join position; their undo is the authority's (patches), never the joiner's.
